Regardless of the membership effective date, all renewal dues are payable each January.  Dues paid mid-year are not pro-rated.  If dues are not paid by March 1st of each year, membership will expire.

Membership categories:

• Member - those who are employed by an insurance agency, an insurance carrier licensed to write Worker's Compensation and occupational disease coverage in the State of Indiana, a third-party administrating firm, a reciprocal association, or a self insured employer or by an individual employer to manage Worker's Compensation claims. (Dues are $25.00 annually)

• Associate  Member - those who have an interest in the Worker's Compensation law but for those not eligible to be a member. (Dues are $50.00 annually)

[ Application ]

• Special Associate Member - the staff of the Worker's Compensation Board of Indiana, Indiana Department of Labor, Indiana Department of Insurance and the Indiana Compensation Rating Bureau. (No dues are applicable)
